Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the application (the "App") accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data. The App is operated for the personal and business use of its owner. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data the App Accesses

When you authorize the App through Google OAuth, the App may access the following Google services associated with your Google Account:

  • Gmail — to read, send, and manage email on your behalf (e.g., triaging inbox messages, composing and sending correspondence, and processing email-based documents).

  • Google Calendar — to view and manage events.

  • Google Drive — to view, upload, and manage files.

  • Google Docs — to view, create, and edit documents.

  • Google Sheets — to view, create, and edit spreadsheets.

  • Google Contacts — to read contact information.

The App requests access only to the data needed to perform the functions you direct. It does not access data beyond the scopes listed on the Google consent screen.

2. How the App Uses Your Data

Google user data is used solely to provide the App's features at the direction of the account owner, including email management, document creation, scheduling, and file organization. The App does not use your data for any purpose other than the functions you request. The App does not:

  • Sell or rent your personal information or Google user data to anyone;

  • Use Google user data for advertising, including remarketing or audience building;

  • Transfer Google user data to third parties, except where required by law or as needed to operate Google services themselves; or

  • Use Google user data to train machine learning or AI models, or to build user profiles.

3. Where Data Is Stored

Your OAuth access token is stored locally on the device running the App (in a local configuration file). Email content and documents are processed on the device or through Google's servers using your own Google account. No third-party servers receive your Google data.

4. Security

The App uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication with Google and communicates with Google APIs over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access tokens are stored locally and never shared. You can revoke the App's access at any time by visiting your Google Account settings (Security > Third-party apps with account access) and removing the App. Upon revocation, the App can no longer access your data.

5. Data Retention

Local copies of data are retained only as long as needed to perform the functions you direct. You may delete locally stored files and credentials at any time by removing the App's configuration from your device.

6. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or the App's data practices, please contact:

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

8. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

The App's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The App's access and use of Google user data is limited to the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
